The honorarium and other perks and perquisites of Sarpanch and Upa -Sarpanch of a Gram Panchayat and of a President and Vice -President of District Panchayat and allowances of every member of Gram Panchayat and District Panchayat shall be such as the Administrator may specify by rules made in this behalf.
