The schemes, guidelines, ordm and food sti~~dard, grievance rekssal mechanism, Trans (tory v~gilancc committees, existifig on the date ofcommencement ofthis Act, shall continue to be ptovision~ for JI in force and operate till such schemes, guidelines, orden and food standard, grievance Schcmcs. widcltncs, redressal mechanism, vigilance committees are specilied or notified under this Act or thc ,,,, rules made thereunder: Provided that anylhing done or any auion taken under rhc said schcmes, guidclinc;.,, orders and hod standard, grievance redressal mechanism, or by vigilance cornminces shall k deemed to have been danc or taken under Ihe corresponding provisions of this Act and shall continue ro be in force accordingly unless and until superseded by anything done or by any action taken under illis Act.
