(1) If the Ccnhal Government is satisfied that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by n~tification, amend Schcdule 1 or Schedule 11 or Schedule Ill or Schedule 1V and hereupon Schedule I or Schcdule II or Schedule 111 or ScheduleIV, as thc case may be, shall be deemed to have been amended accordingly.
