No separate licence necessary if one is obtained under Prev@ntion of F o ~ d Adulteration Law,-- Notwithstanding anything contained in section 259 and 268 no licence shall be required under the said section for the use of any premlses for any purpose or for carrying on any trade specified therein, in respect of which a licence has been obtained under the law for the time being in force in the Union trrritory regarding prevention of food adulteration,
