After section 25 of the principal Act, the following section shall be inserted, nan1eIy:- "26. Nothing contained in the Schedule to this Act, shall, on and from the commencement of the Daman and Diu Motor Vehicles Tax (Amendment) Regulation, 2010, apply to Darnan and Diu.".
