Cancellation of former rules , orders and notifications .-All rules made under any law corresponding to this Act in force in any State are hereby repealed except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such repeal and every licence granted under any such rules shall be deemed to have been granted in accordance with the provisions of these rules. Comment Repealing the old rules .-The proviso to Sec. 21 cannot change the position in view of the new rides framed in 1956 with respect to medicinal preparations.
