Polling stations.— The Returning Officer shall, if necessary, provide a sufficient number of polling stations or any constituency, for which election is to be held and shall publish on the notice board of the society and in such other manner as he deems fit, a list showing the polling stations so provided and the polling areas for which they have respectively been provided.
