Registrars power to permit any society or a class of Societies to function as an Agriculture and Rural Development Bank.— It shall be competent for the Registrar to permit any society or Class of Societies to function as an Agriculture and Rural Development Bank under such terms and conditions and for such period as he may deem fit.
