Section 40 of Bombay XXVIII of 1947 not to apply to alienation in favour of Agriculture and Rural Development Banks.— Nothing contained in section 40 of the Bombay Agricultural Debtors Relief Act, 1947, or any corresponding law for the time being in force in any part of the State shall apply to any alienation in favour the Agriculture and Rural Development Banks.
