Repeal and saving.— (1) The Land Acquisition (Goa Amendment) Ordinance, 2009 (Ordinance No. 2 of 2009) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (Central Act 1 of 1894) (hereinafter referred to as the “Principal Act”) as amendment by the Ordinance, namely, Land Acquisition (Goa Amendment) Ordinance, 2009 (Ordinance No. 2 of 2009), shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the principal Act as amended by this Act.].
