Presiding Officer of the Court. - The Govern- ment may appoint the Presiding Officer of any·Indus- trial Tribunal or any Labour Court or any Civil or Criminal Court as the Presiding Officer of the Court and such Officer shall thereupon discharge the funco tions of the Court in additibn to hils own duties.
