COMMENTS After complying with the procedure laid down in sub-sections (1) to (3), the magistrate can require the person (who is a prostitute) to remove himself from the place and not to re-enter the same subject to conditions specified in his order. Any person who - fails to comply with an order issued under sub-section (3); or i. harbours or conceals the prostitute (against whom an order under sub-section (3) is issued) in the place, shall be liable to be punished with,- fine upto Rs. 200/-; and i. in the case of a continuing offence an additional fine upto Rs. 20/- for every day. ii. ii.
