Procedure as to delimitation.―The provisions of sections 7, 9, 10 and 11 of the Delimitation Commission Act, 1962 (61 of 1962), shall apply, as far as may be, in relation to the delimitation of parliamentary and assembly constituencies under this Part as they apply in relation to the delimitation of parliamentary and assembly constituencies under that Act.
