Authorisation of expenditure pending its sanction by Legislative Assembly.― Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing provisions of this Part, the Administrator may authorise such expenditure from the Consolidated Fund of the Union territory as he deems necessary for a period of not more than six months beginning with the date of the constitution of the Consolidated Fund of the Union territory, pending the sanction of such expenditure by the Legislative Assembly of the Union territory.
