Delegation of Powers by Wild Life Preservation Officer.— The Wild Life Preservation Officer may, with the approval of the Government of Goa, Daman and Diu by order in writing, delegate any of his powers and duties under any of the provisions of this Act to any officer subordinate to him, subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the order.
