Protection of action taken in good faith.— No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Controller or Assistant Controller of Weights and Measures or any Inspector or any other person appointed under this Act in respect of Manual of Goa Laws (Vol. IV) –1113– Weights and Measures (Enforcement) Act anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or rules made thereunder.
