Penalty for being in possession of false weight or measure etc. — Whoever is in possession of any commercial weight or measure or weighing or measuring instrument which he knows to be false, intending that the same may be fraudulently used shall be punishable with imprisonment for a period, which may extend to one year, or with fine or with both.
