Recognised teachers.- (1) The qualifications of recognised teachers shall be such as may be prescribed by the Ordinances. (2) The manner of recognizing teachers and withdrawal of such recognition shall be prescribed by the ordinances. (3) The period of recognition of a teacher shall be determined by the Ordinances. 19.Committees.- Any authority of the University may appoint as many standing or special committees as it may deem fit, and may appoint to such committees persons who are not members of such authority and such committee may deal with any subject delegated to it subject to subsequent confirmation by the authority appointing it.
