Delegation of certain powers of Joint Town Planning Authority.— A Joint Town Planning Authority, may by order in writing, direct that all or any of the powers conferred on it by section 66, sub-section (1) of section 70 and section 79 shall, in such circumstances and under such conditions if any, as may be specified in the order, be exercised by such officer as the Joint Town Planning Authority may specify in the order.
