Powers of Tribunal to decide matter finally.— (1) The Tribunal shall, after making such inquiry as it may think fit, decide all matters in respect of the appeals preferred to it, and in particular, may either confirm the proposals of the Planning and Development Authority or direct it, where necessary, to reconsider, vary or modify its proposals. (2) Every decision of the Tribunal on appeal shall be final and binding on all persons including the Planning and Development Authority. A copy of the decision in appeal shall be sent to the Planning and Development Authority.
