Validity of permission.— Every permission granted under this Act shall remain in force for a period of three years from the date of such permission: Provided that the Planning and Development Authority may, on application made in this behalf before the expiry of the said period, extend such period, by such period or periods as it may think proper; so, however, that the total period extended shall in no case exceed three years: Provided further that the lapse of any such permission shall not bar any subsequent application for fresh permission under this Act.
