Appointment of staff.— (1) The Board may, with the previous approval of the Government, appoint such staff as it may consider necessary. 2 Inserted by the Amendment Act 12 of 1993. 3 Proviso omitted by the Amendment Act No. 11 of 1986. 4 Inserted by the Amendment Act 11 of 1996.
