Appointment of an authority to decide certain questions.— (1) If any question arises whether all or any of the provisions of this Act apply to an establishment or to an employee therein or whether section 61 applies to any case or not, it shall be decided by such authority as may be prescribed by the rules made under this Act. 16 Inserted by the Amendment Act 2 of 1984. Manual of Goa Laws (Vol. IV) –503– Shops and Establishments Act (2) The decision of such authority shall be final and shall not be liable to be questioned in any Court of law.
