Power to increase the period of leave allowable under section 23.— Notwithstanding anything contained in section 23, the Government may, by notification, increase the total number of days of leave that may be allowed under sub-section (1) of that section and the maximum number of days upto which such leave may be accumulated in respect of any establishment or class of establishments.
