Award of Prizes and Scholarships 1) It shall be competent for the Board to award such prizes and scholarships as the Board may institute from time to time. 2) A certificate denoting the award of a scholarship or a prize or medal may be issued free of charge by the Board. Certificates indicating the rank in the merit list of candidates published along with the examination results may also be issued free of charge by the Board to candidates whose names are included in the said list. Certificates of both these types may be issued by the Board of its own accord to all candidates concerned through the heads of their respective secondary schools. CHAPTER III
