Establishment and Incorporation of Board. __ (1) The Government shall, by notification in the Official Gazette, establish a Board for the territory by the name of “the Goa, Daman and Diu Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education”. (2) The Board shall be the body corporate by the name mentioned in sub-section (1) and shall have a perpetual succession and a common seal, and shall have power to acquire, hold and dispose of property, and to enter into contracts, and may by the said name sue and be sued.
