Authorities of Board. ___ (1) The following shall be the authorities of the Board, namely:--- (a) The Board; (b) The Executive Council; (c) The Academic Council; (d) The Finance Committee; (e) The Examination Committee; (f) The Recognition Committee; (g) The Board of Boards of Studies; and (h) Such other bodies of the Board as may be declared by the regulations of the Board, to be the authorities of the Board. (2) The Board may appoint such other Committees as it thinks necessary for the efficient performance of its functions. (3) The Constitution of every Committee appointed by the Board, the term of office of its members, and the duties and functions to be discharges by it shall be such as may be laid down by regulations made in this behalf.
