Amal&uent of - soctim 2 2 -In section 22 of I the principal 'Act, for'clause (e) of subsection (I), the - f ollbwing clause shall be substituted, namely : - "(e) dismissing, removing from service any employee or reducing him in rank or retiring him compulsorily or otherwise terminating his services under sub-sect9ons ( Z ) , (Za), (4) and (4a) 21s the case may ke, of section 3.1; ".
