Revision.- The Revisional Authority* to be appointed by the Government may, either on his own motion or on an application made by an aggrieved party, call for the record of any case disposed off by the appellate authority, for the purpose of satisfying itself as to the correctness, legality or propriety of any order passed by the appellate authority and pass such order thereon as it may deem fit and such order shall be final: *See Notification dated 16-10-1986 at page 51. Provided that no such record shall be called for after the expiry of three months from the date of communication of the order: Provided further that no order under this section shall be made to the prejudice of a person unless he has had a reasonable opportunity of being heard either personally or through a counsel or by a duly authorised agent.
