Constitution of PUblic Health Boaro. - (1) As soon as may be' after the commencement· of this Act, the Government shall cause to be constituted for the Union territory of Goa, Daman and Diu, a Public Health Board consisting of the following members, namely:"':" • (a) the Minister for Public Health; (b) the Director of Health Services; (c) Director of Municipal Administration; (d) Collector; (e) Chief· ToWn Planner; . (f) three persons having special knowledge of matters relating to public health or public.engi- neering. . .
