Certain offences to be cognizable and bailable.— Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), offences under sections 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 of this Act shall be cognizable and bailable. 1 Inserted by the Amendment Act 44 of 2001.
