Application of certain provisions of Act 43 of 1951.— The provisions of sections 160 to 167 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 shall apply, so far as may be, to and in relation to an opinion poll as they apply to and in relation to an election and any reference to the State Government in those sections shall be construed as a reference to the Administrator.
