Counting of votes

Counting of votes.— At the opinion poll, votes shall be counted by, or under the supervision and direction of, the opinion poll commissioner and a representative of each of the political parties for which a symbol has been exclusively reserved in Goa or, as the case may be, in Daman and Diu by the Election Commission shall have a right to be present at the time of counting.
