Staff of every local authority to be made available for work in connection with opinion poll.— Every local authority in the Union territory shall, when so requested by the Chief Election Commissioner or the opinion poll commissioner concerned, make available to such opinion poll commissioner such staff as may be necessary in the performance of any duties in connection with the opinion poll.
