Appointment of other officers and servants.— (1) A Council may, with the sanction of the Director, create such posts of officers and servants other than those specified in sub-sections (1) and (2) of the last preceding section as it shall deem necessary for efficient execution of its duties under this Act. 319 271 Substituted by the Amendment Act 15 of 1996. 272 Substituted by the Amendment Act No. 17 of 1978. 273 Substituted by the Amendment Act 15 of 1996.
