261[ ] 262[66. Term of office of Chairman and members of Standing and Subjects Committees.— (1) The term of office of Chairman and the members of the Standing Committee and a Subject Committee shall be co-terminus with the term of the Chairperson during whose period they are elected. (2) In the event of any office of the Standing Committee or Subjects Committee becoming vacant, the powers exercisable by such Committees shall be exercised by the Chief Officer with the approval of the Director, till the concerned committees are duly elected.] 263[67.
