Re-establishment of Council after dissolution.— On the issue of an order of dissolution under sub-section, (3) of section 300, general election shall be held and the Council shall be re-established 446[within six months of its dissolution] on such date as the Government may specify in the order of dissolution. 447[Provided that where the remainder of the period for which the dissolved Council would have continued is less than six months, it shall not be necessary to hold any election under this section for constituting the Council for such period.] 448[302A.
