Fees and costs chargeable.— Fees for every notice, issued under section 146, every warrant issued under section 147 or distress or attachment made under section 150 and the maintenance of any livestock seized under the said section shall be chargeable at the rates respectively specified in that behalf in the bye-laws of the Council and shall be included in the costs of recovery.
