Section 200

Penalty for breach of rules.— It shall be lawful for the Government, in making any rule under section 199, to prescribe that any person committing a breach of the same shall be deemed to have committed a cognizable offence and on conviction by a magistrate be punished with imprisonment for a term not exceeding one month or with fine not exceeding five hundred rupees, or with both in addition to any other consequence that would ensue from such breach.
