Penalty for injuring boundary marks.— Any person wilfully erasing, removing or injuring a boundary mark or survey mark shall, on summary inquiry by a revenue officer, be liable to a penalty not exceeding fifty rupees for each mark so erased, removed or injured. CHAPTER X Realisation of Land Revenue and other public demands
