Constitution of Board.— (1) The Board shall consist of a Chairman who shall be the Minister-in-charge of Labour and a Vice-Chairman who shall be the Commissioner, Labour and of the following members appointed by the Government, namely:— (a) such number of representatives of employers and employees as may be prescribed: Provided that both employers and employees shall have equal representation on the Board; (b) such number of members of the Legislature as may be prescribed; and (c) such number of officials and non-officials as may be prescribed. (2) The appointment of the Chairman, Vice-Chairman and the members shall be notified.
