Amendment of section 8 of Central Act 8 of 1923.— To sub-section (4) of section 8 of the Workmen’s Compensation Act, 1923 (Central Act 8 of 1923), the following proviso shall be added, namely:— “Provided that in respect of a workman belonging to an establishment to which the Goa, Daman and Diu Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1986 applies, the Commissioner, shall pay the said balance of the money into the fund constituted under that Act in lieu of repaying to the employer.”
