Power of the Khadi & Village Industries Commission to give directions.—Inthe performance of its functions under this Act, the Board shall be bound by such directions as the Khadi and Village Industries Commission may give to it from time to time. CHAPTER IV Preparation and submission of Programme 19.Preparation and submission of programmes.—(1) In each year, on such date asmay be fixed by Government, the Board shall prepare and forward to Government a programme of work. (2) The programme shall contain:— (a) particulars of the scheme which the Board proposes to execute whether in part or whole during the next year; (b)particulars of any work or undertaking which the Board proposes to execute during the next year for the purposes of carrying out its functions under this Act; and (c ) such other particulars as may be prescribed.
