Power to make rules.—The Government may by notification and after previous publication make rules as to all or any of the following matters, namely:— (1) the manner of framing and revising the Record of Rights; (2) the proceedings of any Officer who, under the provisions of this Part, is required to take action in any matter; and (3) generally to carry out the provisions of this part.
