Power to remove doubts and difficulties.— If any doubt or difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by order, make provision or give such direction not inconsistent with the express provisions of this Act, as may appear to it to be necessary or expedient for the removal of the doubt or difficulty, and the order of the State Government, in such cases, shall be final. 46 Inserted by (Amendment) Act 10 of 1991. 47Inserted by (Amendment) Act 10 of 1991. ,,,,, 48Substituted by (Amendment) Act 10 of 1991. 49[55.
