Short title, extent and commencement.— (1) This Act may be called the Goa 3Industrial Development Corporation Act, 1965. (2) It extends to the whole 4(State of Goa). (3) It shall come into force at once, except clause 8 which shall be deemed to have come into force from the appointed date.
