Supplementary estimate.— (1) The Board may, at any time, during the year for which any estimate has been sanctioned, cause a supplementary estimate to be prepared and laid before it at a special meeting. (2) The provisions of sub-section (3) and (4) of section 74, and of sections 75 and 76 shall apply to every supplementary estimate.
