Inquiry into origin of fire and report to Government.— Where any fire has occurred within any area in which this Act is in force, the Collector shall ascertain the fact as to the origin and cause of such fire in consultation with the Director/Chief Fire Officer and shall make a report thereon to the Government. Manual of Goa Law Vol. II – 9 – Fire Force Act
