Permit for possession beyond limit of retail sale.— (1) Any person desirous of obtaining a permit for the possession of country liquor under section 8 shall make an application in Form E-8 stating: (a) the quantity required and the date on which it is to be purchased; (b) the occasion which renders the purchase necessary; (c) the place where the liquor is to be consumed.
