Warehousing of liquor.— All stills of each zone shall be established and worked at only one place which shall be of easy access and where a house or a room is available nearby for warehousing the liquor. The warehouse shall be under double lock system, one key of which shall be retained by the licensee and the other by the Excise Guard of the area. All the liquor as soon as produced shall be removed to the warehouse.
